Cancellation Policy

At Metaman, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel an order. This policy provides a step-by-step guide on how to initiate cancellations along with the associated terms and conditions.

How to Cancel an Order:

1. Visit the "View Orders" section under the user menu at the top right corner of your screen.
2. Click on "View Order" for the order you want to cancel.
3. Scroll down and then click "Cancel Order".
4. Provide a reason for cancellation from the drop-down menu.
5. Click on "Submit".

Please note that once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Processing Time: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
